I’m Shari Kingston—an Emmy-nominated producer, professional health and science writer, best-selling author, functional medicine researcher, thought-leadership branding expert, and strategic brand growth consultant with more than 25 years of experience in the health, wellness, functional medicine, and lifestyle industries.
I help health, wellness, and lifestyle brands clarify their positioning, strengthen their communications, elevate their authority, redesign their brand strategy, and build the customer journey, company culture, and content ecosystem that turn expertise into measurable growth.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked behind the scenes with founders, supplement companies, health practitioners, best-selling authors, scientists, doctors, television creators reaching millions, functional medicine brands, and companies building products, programs, and platforms designed to change people’s lives.
I’ve worked across nearly every aspect of the wellness and lifestyle industry: sales, marketing, communications, branding, business development, product education, research, clinical trial development, practitioner training, customer education, content strategy, and thought leadership development.
I started in the field as a sales rep—calling on retailers, doctors, practitioners, and health-focused businesses—where I learned what actually moves customers, what earns practitioner trust, and what makes a wellness brand stand out in a crowded, skeptical market. From there, I moved into executive-level sales, marketing, education, and business development roles before becoming a consultant, strategist, and communications partner for brands and leaders who need more than execution.
My clients today need clarity. Direction. Sharper positioning. A story that matches the depth of what they’ve built. And someone who can look at the entire brand ecosystem—strategy, messaging, audience, offer, customer journey, communications, content, culture, and growth—and help them see what is working, what is missing, and what needs to change.

My work also includes collaborations and research support involving the Linus Pauling Institute on vitamin C, CoQ10, and cardiovascular health research with Harvard Medical School and the Cleveland Clinic, a three-year neuroscience study focused on neurotransmitter regulation using integrative approaches, and clinical trial work with the Cuban government exploring colloidal silver and HIV.
