I’m Shari Kingston—an Emmy-nominated producer, best-selling health author, professional health and science writer, functional medicine researcher, and wellness brand growth expert with 25+ years of experience helping health, wellness, functional medicine, and science-backed brands clarify what makes them different and turn that difference into authority, demand, business growth and loyal brand believers.
